The crockery also known throughout Europe as "terra cotta" is one of the oldest ceramics utensils used by humans for food preparation. It's use has been occurring since the beginning as it is verified by discoveries in various archaeological sites in Mediterraneo, and continue to this day because of their known property to prepare healthy and tasty food. Cooking in crockery is healthy because the nature of the material is used in the manufacture of the part allows an evenly cooked food by heating and slow cooling. The crockery clay also provides better heat distribution such that the food can  be cooked at temperatures below the boiling point, and, thus, guaranteeing the preservation of certain vitamins and essential nutrients.

 

They are also used an object of decoration, making every corner of your home even more beautiful, they are often used in various special occasions such as wedding, christening, festivals, etc.

 

These are simple pieces in their essence, but true works of art, covered with great beauty and artistic value.

 

Using Instructions:

 

Before using this item for the first time, it is to be soaked in the water for a minimum of 4 hours. Always begin cooking on low flame and increase the heat later on. 

Do not use source of heat when empty. avoid differences in temperature (with marble, metallic surface., etc.) while hot.

 

After use, ensure that the item is cleaned and dried carefully.
